
Prof Abiodun Gbolagade, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and aspirant for the Oluyole Federal Constituency seat, has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin (Ige Olakulehin I), on his 90th birthday.
Prof Gbolagade in a release described the nonagenarian monarch as a living symbol of honour, dignity, and service, whose life and reign reflect the timeless values of Ibadan’s revered traditional institution, commending him for his decades of service to Ibadanland and Nigeria.

He commended Oba Olakulehin for his decades of service to Ibadanland and Nigeria at large, noting that his journey from public service into the exalted royal stool exemplifies a life committed to duty, wisdom, and communal progress.
“His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, is not only a custodian of Ibadan’s heritage, but also a statesman whose life embodies selfless leadership and enduring devotion to the development of his people,” Prof Gbolagade stated.
