The Ajia Olubadan of Ibadanland and Chief Executive Officer of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, both in Nigeria and internationally, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, has extended warm greetings and heartfelt felicitations to the Chief Imam of Ibadanland and Grand Imam of Yorubaland, His Eminence Sheikh AbdulGaniy Agbotomokekere, and to Muslim faithful across the globe on the occasion of this year’s Eid al-Kabir celebration.
In his goodwill message, Chief Sanusi expressed deep appreciation for the spiritual essence of the festival, calling it a season of sacrifice, reflection, and communal unity.

“Eid al-Kabir is a time for reflection, sacrifice, and celebration with loved ones,” he noted. “I pray that the lessons drawn from Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his beloved son in obedience to Allah will continue to inspire us to become better versions of ourselves, and to remain steadfast in faith and service to humanity.”
Chief Sanusi prayed for peace, unity, and prosperity for all Muslims and the Nigerian nation, urging citizens to imbibe the values of obedience, humility, and compassion that Eid represents.
He also called on Muslims to use the festive period as an opportunity to extend acts of kindness and generosity, especially to the less privileged, emphasizing the importance of community spirit and social responsibility.
“Let us strengthen our bonds with family, friends, and neighbors, and allow the love we share to ripple across our communities,” he added.
As a respected traditional leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi reaffirmed his commitment to promoting peace, religious harmony, and development in Ibadanland and beyond.
