Senator Alli Congratulates Bunvic, Oyalowo on Ogun-Osun River Basin Appointments

Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has congratulated Hon. Segun Odebunmi, popularly known as Bunvic, on his appointment as the Board Chairman of the Ogun-Osun River Basin Development Authority.

This is contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas, and made available to newsmen on Thursday in Ibadan.

Senator Alli also extended warm felicitations to Mr. Ayo Oyalowo on his appointment as the agency’s Executive Director, Finance.

The lawmaker described the appointments as well-deserved, considering the wealth of experience and track record of both appointees in public service and management.

He said that Odebunmi’s dedication and leadership skills would greatly contribute to the efficient management of the River Basin Authority.

Similarly, he praised Mr. Oyalowo’s financial expertise, expressing confidence that it would enhance the agency’s fiscal performance and accountability.

Senator Alli urged the appointees to bring their professionalism and dedication to bear in their new roles to further the development goals of the agency.

He commended the Federal Government for recognising the capacity of competent individuals from Oyo State for such critical roles.

While wishing them success, Senator Alli prayed for wisdom and strength for both appointees in their efforts to serve the nation diligently.
