Senator Sharafadeen Alli, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State, has congratulated former Senate Deputy Chief Whip and APC chieftain, Senator Hosea Agboola, popularly known as “Alleluyah,” on his birthday.
In a congratulatory message, Alli described Agboola as a seasoned politician, distinguished statesman and grassroots mobiliser whose contributions to Oyo State and Nigeria had remained remarkable.
The APC candidate acknowledged Agboola’s wealth of political experience, noting that his service as a senator representing Oyo North and as former commissioner demonstrated his commitment to public service.
Alli particularly commended the former Senate Deputy Chief Whip for his courage, political sagacity and ability to build bridges across political divides, describing these qualities as valuable assets to the APC and the state.
He said Agboola’s decision to join the APC had further strengthened the party, stressing that his grassroots influence and political network would contribute significantly to the party’s growth and electoral success in Oyo State.
Alli prayed that Almighty God grant the celebrant many more years in good health, wisdom, strength and fulfilment, while sustaining him in his service to humanity and the development of Oyo State.
