Sarkin Hausawa of Ibadan: Makinde Commiserates with Olubadan, Hausa Community

Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has described the death of the Sarkin Hausawa of Ibadan, Alhaji Ali Dahiru Zungeru, as a huge loss.

The governor, who described Alhaji Zungeru as a man of peace and a dependable community leader, condoled with the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja on the demise of the Sarkin.

He equally condoled with the Hausa community in Oyo State and the immediate family of Alhaji Zungeru, noting that the late Sarkin Hausawa gave a good account of himself as a lover of peace and development.

The governor prayed to God to grant repose to the soul of Alhaji Zungeru.
