Oyo LGSPB Boss, Ige Congratulates Sheriff Adeoyo on 100 Days in Office

The Chairman of Oyo State Local Government Staff Pension Board, Hon Akeem Ademola Ige has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon Sheriff Adeojo on his 100 days in office in the second term tenure.

Hon. Ige expressed heartfelt congratulations to Ido council boss , Hon Sheriff Adeojo while welcoming him in his office at the state secretariat, Ibadan.

While acknowledging that all the thirty three Local Governments Chairmen are partners in progress of the Pension Board, Hon Akeem Ademola Ige appreciated the usual support and cooperation the authority of the board has been receiving from Council Chairmen since he assumed office as the Chairman.

Hon. Ige also used the opportunity to highlight some of the achievements recorded by the board since the inception of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde’s administration which include, payment of backlog of gratuity, monthly payment of pension on the 25th of every month, payment of #15,000 wage award, #10,000 christmas bonus, free enrollment of pensioners in Oyo State health insurance scheme and many more.

The board chairman thereafter charged Hon Sheriff Adeojo to continue to complement Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde’s sustainable development agenda in Ido Local Government.

According to him, governance is a collaborative efforts and finally wish the Council boss a peaceful and successful second term tenure in office.
