Breaking News: Saudi Arabia Sights Shawwal Crescent, Confirms Sunday Eid-el-Fitr

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced that the crescent of Shawwal has been sighted, marking the beginning of the new Islamic month. To this effect, Eid al-Fitr will be celebrated on Sunday, March 30, 2025, as confirmed on Haramin’s official Facebook page, a prominent platform for the global Muslim community.

“The crescent moon for the month of Shawwal 1446 was sighted in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, Eid Al Fitr will be celebrated on Sunday, March 30, 2025 across the world “.
