Birthday: Senator Alli Greets Power Minister, Adelabu

Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has congratulated the Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, on the occasion of his birthday.

Alli, in a statement issued by his Media Office and made available to newsmen on Sunday in Ibadan, said birthdays provide opportunity for reflection and renewed commitment to public duty.

The lawmaker described the day as a moment to thank God for his life and service to the country.

He acknowledged Adelabu’s role in national development as Minister of Power, noting that the office comes with enormous responsibilities that require dedication, focus and continuous engagement with stakeholders.

Senator Alli expressed hope that the minister’s new age would bring strength and wisdom to confront the challenges in the power sector as well as improve electricity supply across the country.

The lawmaker also called on citizens to support leaders at all levels with constructive suggestions and prayers, saying collective effort remained key to achieving sustainable progress in the nation’s power sector.

He prayed for Adelabu’s good health and guidance as he continues to discharge his duties, urging him to remain committed to policies that would have lasting benefits for Nigerians.
