ADC’s 2027 flagbearers are closing ranks. Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar and Oyo governorship candidate Taofeek Adegboyega Adegoke have reaffirmed their commitment to party unity and growth after a strategic meeting in Abuja. Adegoke’s courtesy visit to the former Vice President set the tone for a renewed push toward cohesion ahead of the 2027 general elections.
According to a statement on the meeting, the visit was aimed at congratulating Atiku on his emergence as the ADC presidential candidate and formally wishing him success in the 2027 presidential election.

The engagement, it noted, reflected mutual respect, cordiality and a shared determination to strengthen the party and ensure its success at all levels.
In a reciprocal gesture, Atiku congratulated Adegoke on his emergence as the ADC governorship candidate in Oyo State and offered prayers for his success in the forthcoming governorship election.
