Bayo Adelabu Foundation Holds 2025 Mega Empowerment Programmes Today, Focuses on Economic Relief

The Bayo Adelabu Foundation (BAF) is pleased to announce that the 2025 Mega Empowerment & Economic Relief Programme — Batch 2 is happening today, Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the BAF Foundation House, beside FoodCo Supermarket, Jericho, Ibadan. This programme is part of BAF’s ongoing empowerment series, aimed at providing strategic economic support to APC Youth, Women, and Leaders across Oyo State.

Comrade Femi Awogboro, Spokesman of the Bayo Adelabu Foundation, stated that this initiative reflects Chief Bayo Adelabu’s commitment to capacity development, grassroots empowerment, and productive political citizenship that transcends election cycles. BAF remains dedicated to investing in people-oriented empowerment that fosters financial discipline, mind-set building, and long-term sustainability.

Today’s empowerment event will also feature a special lecture titled: “Beyond Politics: Survival Strategies for Party Stakeholders,” to be delivered by Prof. Stephen Lafenwa of the Department of Political Science, University of Ibadan. According to Comrade Femi Awogboro, this lecture is designed to re–orient participants towards personal growth, entrepreneurship, and community influence beyond partisan lines, while strengthening party value and positioning.

Speaking further, Comrade Femi Awogboro confirmed that the empowerment fund for this batch will be One Hundred Million Naira (#100Million) targeted at selected APC Youths, Women and Party leaders drawn from across Oyo State.
