Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has described the untimely death of the state Chairman of the party, Chief Isaac Omodewu as a significant loss not only to the APC but to the entire state.
According to him, late Omodewu’s leadership style and unwavering commitment to the progress of the APC in Oyo State will forever remain in the hearts of the APC family.
The APC Chieftain, who expressed deep sorrow in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Ibadan, described him as a pillar which held the party fold firmly.
In his words, “Chief Omodewu was a pillar of strength and a beacon of hope for our party. His leadership and unwavering commitment to the progress of the APC in Oyo State will forever remain in our hearts.”
“We must carry on his legacy by ensuring that our party remains strong and focused on delivering good governance to the people of Oyo State,” he stated.
He extended his condolences to the family of the late Chief Omodewu, praying that God grants them the strength to bear the irreparable loss.
“I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, APC family and the good people of Oyo State.
“May you all find solace in the legacy of service and commitment left behind by Chief Isaac Omodewu.
“May the Almighty grant his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss, and may his soul rest in perfect peace,” he concluded.
