Ladoja’s Coronation, A Fulfillment Of Destiny – Oyo CSC Chairman, Chief Aderibigbe Hails Olubadan’s Resilience, Prays For Peaceful Reign

The coronation of His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Senator) Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, Arusa I, as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland has garnered widespread acclaim, with the Chairman of the Oyo State Civil Service Commission and Baale of Lakoto, Osajin, Masoke, Believer’s Quarters, Chief Kamoru Abiodun Aderibigbe, describing the enthronement as “a crowning of destiny and a fulfillment of Ibadan’s age-long tradition of patience, discipline, and merit.” Chief Aderibigbe noted that the new Olubadan is not just a traditional ruler but a statesman, chemical engineer, and leader with a remarkable track record in business, politics, and governance.

Chief Aderibigbe praised the monarch’s resilience and brilliance, recalling his remarkable journey from business and politics to the pinnacle of Ibadan’s chieftaincy ladder.

He described Oba Ladoja as “an engineer of people and policies, a bridge between the old and the new, and a custodian of values whose life epitomizes service and integrity.”

On behalf of his family and the people of Lakoto, Osajin, Masoke, and Believers’ Quarters, the Oyo Civil Service Commission Chairman prayed for a long, peaceful, and prosperous reign for the new Olubadan.

“Kabiyesi, long may you reign in wisdom, peace, and divine grace”.

May your leadership unite Ibadanland, bring development, and sustain our cultural heritage,” he prayed.

“Long live the Olubadan of Ibadanland,
long live Ibadanland, and long live Oyo State,” Chief Aderibigbe concluded.
