NULGE Integrity Group Storms Ibarapa: Comrade Salaudeen Gains Massive Support

The NULGE Integrity Group’s campaign is really gaining momentum, highlighted by their enthusiastic visit to the Ibarapa zone, where they garnered massive support for Comrade Salaudeen Ibrahim Olaiya’s presidential bid in the forthcoming Oyo NULGE Delegates Conference.

The campaign event at Ibarapa Central Local Government was electric, with workers from Ibarapa East and North local governments coming together to welcome the NIG campaign train, echoing solidarity songs and chants in support of Comrade Salaudeen and his team.

Comrade Salaudeen, in his remarks, greatly eulogised Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for his exceptional and unprecedented commitment to workers’ welfare, describing the governor as “God-sent” to the local government workforce.

According to him, his vision for Oyo NULGE anchored on improved welfare, empowerment programmes, and inclusion for all members across the state.

Comrade Salaudeen seized the golden opportunity to solicit votes from the delegates in Ibarapa and other Zones in the state, assuring them of transparent, inclusive, and responsive leadership if elected.

He, however, expressed his deep gratitude to stakeholders and leaders in the zone for their loyalty and unwavering support for the NIG project.

In his remarks, Alhaji Comrade Moshood Adedokun (Galaxy), a former state Deputy President and leader of the campaign team, emphasised the need for delegates to support the NULGE Integrity Group.

Comrade Adedokun described the team as a movement driven by integrity, capacity, and genuine service to members of the great Union across the state.

The Ibarapa campaign stop marks yet another remarkable and successful outing for the NIG campaign train, which has already visited Oke-Ogun, Ogbomosho, and Oyo/Afijio Zones.

The leader of the team disclosed that the campaign is expected to continue in Ibadan zone in few days.

The NULGE state election is just around the corner, scheduled for August 7, 2025 at the International Conference Center, University of Ibadan.
