Senator Yunus Akintunde has described the death of Sheikh Muyideen Bello as a great loss to the Nation and humanity in general
In a statement released to the media through Kunle Olatunji his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity Dr Yunus Akintunde described the late Islamic scholar and cleric as a rare personality whose message and carriage distinguished him among equals.
“I recieved the news of Sheikh Muyideen Bello’s death with a heavy heart joining the Muslim Ummah and the entire Nation in mourning the passage of the great cleric and Islamic scholar.”
” We can only take solace in his good deeds, the legacies of his teaching and style, quite unique in many ways which endeared him to several people with great followership”
“Sheikh Muyideen Bello’s teachings always provided deep insights into the frailty of humans, the reality of our existence and demand on positive and impactful living, no doubt we will miss his great and thought provoking indepth Islamic teachings”
